The Scout Law According to Mike Walton

     Mike is one of our fellow board members on the US Scouting Service Project. Lately he has been deployed to Kuwait and Iraq. Mike is one of the most prolific writers on the subject of Scouting, haunting Scouts-L and other Scouting blogs, offering his wisdom of many, many years of youth and adult Scouting.
